DESCRIPTION:Day 1 – Grow Your Business\nThe day one workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of the critical areas for a successful business. Businesses will create effective strategies to enhance their business model, attract new customers, confidently approach investors, and promote a stronger brand. With a robust foundation in these essential elements, attendees create a platform to achieve sustainable growth and development over time. This workshop lays the foundations for the Day 2 workshop by ensuring participants reflect on all aspects of their business, and start to think about new product and service development/enhancement.\nDay 2 – Product and Service Innovation\nDemonstrating Innovatory thinking and methods, visual thinking, beginnings of prototyping narratives of products, consideration of audience and context of new products and services, developing an innovative mindset and creative approaches to innovation. Encouraging prototyping of ideas for an agile approach.\nThe focus of the workshop is the generation of the possibilities of new products or services, or existing ones into both a short- and longer-term context.  The aim is to open a wider view of the context and develop potential opportunities in response to that context. Attendees will leave the workshop with clear ideas for new product and service innovation.\nTo be eligible for this programme you must be a registered company based in London.\nAbout Co-Innovate\nCo-Innovate is an innovation support programme for London based SMEs, entrepreneurs, and start-ups jointly funded by Brunel University London, the GLA and the European Regional Development Fund.
