The SIA have published a guide for businesses who are expecting to have external queues outside their premises.
From Monday, it is the responsibility of each business to manage customers both inside and outside their premises and this guide highlights that you may require someone with a SIA badge to manage this for you.
The Street Rangers, who are managed and funded directly by the BID are here to support all businesses within our area. They will be as normal there to support any of you with issues but we cannot allow them to be used to manage your queues or other in-store issues if you do not have security to hand.
