Wood Green BID are members of the Banknote Checking Scheme.  As part of the scheme, we provide a range of support material to businesses within the town centre as well as alerts if we are made aware that fake notes are being distributed.

The alerts which are available through our own intelligence software include those reported for trying to use fake notes in stores as well as which notes to specifically look out for.
