Wood Green BID has from this year taken over the Christmas Light scheme for Wood Green.  The Scheme, which has been set as a three year enhancement project will see around ninety light installations installed from the original thirty five which the Council provided.

As well as a brand new scheme for Wood Green, the BID have been keen to include areas of Wood Green which have never had Christmas Lights which has meant that a lot of work has been carried out to install power supplies for the lights to be installed.

As Said, this is the beginning of a three year investment and enhancement plan.  This year is the start of the improvements and each year we will be adding more to the scheme.

Times for the lights:

The BID was also keen to expand the amount of time the Christmas Light Scheme was operating from.  This year, the Christmas Lights scheme will go live from the end of November through to January 2020.

The BID is also provided two Christmas Tree’s which will be located at Turnpike Lane Station area and outside Wood Green Library.
