People and Connectivity
Wood Green BID wants to build upon the work we have already delivered in the public realm. This includes better signage throughout the Town Centre. To create a cleaner and better visitor experience which includes new seating, greening and attracting consistent footfall statistics, which we will continue to report.
Town Centre Footfall

Wayfinding
The BID will carry on its work with partners to create better signage to connect the Town Centre, Turnpike Lane and other key areas of interest to navigate visitors and customers throughout the Town Centre especially from the two transport hubs.
Library Garden
Wood Green Business Improvement District (BID) have been awarded funding through the Mayor of London’s Greener City Fund Community Grant Scheme to transform the front of the Library area on the High Road.
Greener Spaces
Following feedback from businesses and visitors through the town centre vision work, The BID has been asked to create better public spaces within the Town Centre. Suggestions include additional seating and greening areas for all ages to enjoy.
