Drivers in Haringey are being urged to drive with greater caution, as London Councils is set to impose higher penalty charges for parking and traffic violations across London, with the increase coming to Haringey on Monday (14 April 2025).
Following approval by the Mayor of London and the London Councils Transport and Environment Committee, penalties will increase by £30 across all London boroughs.
This applies to violations such as parking breaches, waiting restrictions, driving in bus lanes, or stopping in yellow box junctions. This will apply to delivery drivers as well as private motoritsts.
